Meet the Queenz artists
Daniel Busato
Daniel was born on 20/12/1970 in Balnearia de Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires (Argentina), where he spent his childhood. After finishing his studies he moved to Chile, where he studied classical dance at the Municipal Theatre of Santiago de Chile. In the mid-80s he was hired by the circus “Fantasía sobre Hielo”. In 1990 he made his debut as a transformation artist, worked in various theatres of the “Buenos Aires off” circuit and performed for five seasons at the revue theatre “Casa El Castillo de Mario” in Camboriú (Brazil). In 2004 he joined the group “CAVIAR”, performing in various shows.
He moved to Barcelona in 2009 and from that year directed and starred in “EL CANDIL” in Sitges. He also directed and starred alongside Rafael Amargo in the show BURLENCO at the Barcelona Casino.
He currently lives in Sitges, directing and starring in the KUMAS group show at QUEENZ RESTAURANT CABARET.
Sebastián Dáltolo
Born in Argentina, where he lived until he was 20 and trained in different disciplines. Sebastián studied theatre for two years and took several visual arts workshops. He took part in several productions and TV programmes, and for five years managed an art gallery in Barcelona. He performed at the first two Gay Pride events in Sitges.
In 2009 he created the Kumas theatre group with Daniel Busato, and he has performed with KUMAS every week ever since. He worked for the Accord group in different hotels of the chain and in various places in Spain. He runs textile design and dressmaking workshops and was in charge of the costumes for Burlesque, the production at the Barcelona Casino.
He is currently costume designer and performer at QUEENZ CABARET.
Ramon Slot
One of the newest dancers to join the Kumas family this year. Ramon comes from Alkmaar in the Netherlands, where he trained as a dancer and became Dutch youth champion in ballroom dancing. With his background in ballroom and Latin, he brings elegance, passion and experience to every performance. He has appeared in several TV programmes and has lived in Sitges since 2021.
The moment he steps on stage, you see him shine: performing is truly his thing. His energy, talent and dedication light up every show and add something special to the group.
Yenisei Perez Silva
Yenisei comes from Veracruz, Mexico. At the age of 17 he moved to Mexico City to join Amalia Hernández's dance company at the Palacio de Bellas Artes. Years later he auditioned for a dance company at PortAventura in Spain: what was meant to be a nine-month tour turned into twenty years of living in Europe.
As a dancer with the PortAventura company he toured various European countries. In recent years he has combined transformation art and dance, working in bars and clubs on the Costa Daurada and in Barcelona, the last almost six years at the restaurant Eterna Barcelona.
He now lives in Barcelona and works at Queenz Restaurant Sitges.
Robert Rivas
One of the newest additions to the Kumas family. Robert is a well-known go-go dancer from Barcelona who joined our show this year, and what an incredible addition he has been.
Creative, powerful and incredibly talented, Robert brings nonstop energy and passion to every performance. His love for dance and entertainment shines through the moment he steps on stage. With his strong stage presence and dedication, he knows exactly how to captivate the audience and make every show unforgettable.
