Change of guests. You can add guests or extras at any time, subject to availability. These are paid on the evening itself. If you reduce the number of guests at least 24 hours before your reservation, we refund the difference. If guests were added and fewer people come than booked, we charge 50% of the ticket price for each missing guest.

Change of date. Please send us an email or WhatsApp with your name, booking number and preferred new date, at least 24 hours before your original reservation.

Cancellation. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation, we refund the full amount automatically to your original payment method. Less than 24 hours before your reservation, cancellations and changes can no longer be made online and payments are not refunded. In that case, please contact us.
